Jeannine Larrick has been charged with obstruction of justice and interference of custody for harboring her own child who was beaten, raped, starved and tortured during her almost seven years of foster care.
On Feb. 11 2019 Jeannine was exercising her constitutional rights to home school Kaitlynn who was struggling with separation anxiety when CPS Executive Director Nicole Caldwell and Deputy Robert Oakley Patterson showed up at her home to do a well check over homeschooling.
In the copcam well check over homeschooling CPS executive director Nicole Caldwell and Deputy Robert (Oakley) Patterson refused to let Jeannine talk or show her lawful approved homeschooling records.
Jeannine sat down and said it wasn’t a free country. The cop slammed his hands on the table and started yelling at Jeannine. She stood and told him to respect her in her home. He attacked her and falsely arrested her.
On that Feb. 11 2019 Kaitlynn observed what was going on and made a video of it. Cps and the cops didn’t know Kaitlynn was peeking. The video shows that they conspired a story to cover his attack and made false charges to justify their crimes.
The next day Jeannine was held in jail on false charges.
The Guernsey County jail authorities failed to see that Jeannine was able to go to the court hearing and present her home school evidence.
The judge denied Jeannine due process.
Without Jeannine in court the Judge believed the CPS executive director, who said Jeannine was violent and attempted to throw something at her.
Kaitlynn and her brother were placed in foster care, where Kaitlynn remains to this day, almost seven years later.
Once the executive director Nicole Caldwell found out about the video Kaitlynn took on Feb. 11 2019, she took away Kaitlynn’s visits with her mother. Kaitlynn was only allowed to see her mom 1 hour a week in supervised visits at the CPS building.
Jeannine was put in a mental ward. The State mental ward executive director signed for dr. to administer up to 36 meds to Jeannine.
During the years Kaitlynn was in foster care Jeannine subpoena Kaitlynn twice to testify, and cps never made it happen.
Jeannine’s attorney Mark Perlacky had the evidence and never put it on the record.
The false charges drug out until May 2020, and then were dropped. Jeannine was sure she was going to get her children back. It never happened.
Jeannine repeatedly reported Kaitlynn’s abuse in foster care – beatings, rapes, starvation, but CPS did nothing about it.
Detective Bill Patterson was repeatedly asked to collect Kaitlynn’s video so it could be presented in court. He neglected to do so.
This caused Jeannine to be determined as incompetent to stand trial, by the court Dr. Reasoner.
Jeannine was placed in a mental health ward and stripped of custody of her children. She was held there long enough to lose the appeal.
Attorneys and the state ignored all exculpatory and exonerating evidence. Attorneys and clerks made sure Jeannine never got her evidence on the juvenile record.
Jeannine was denied an opportunity to present her side of the story because of false pending criminal charges against her.
For 3.5 years Jeannine was forced to fight false criminal charges by the sheriff department and CPS. She was finally acquitted, but CPS refuses to return Kaitlynn.
There was never any abuse or neglect, or any charges against Jeannine prior to this incident. Jeannine had never been arrested or jailed prior to this.
Since her children were placed in foster care Jeannine has been arrested and jailed four times, each over false charges.
On Aug. 25 2025 Detective Bill Patterson again arrested Jeannine and Kaitlynn and charged Jeannine with Obstruction of Justice and Interference of Custody!
