Judy Note: Below is the first of a series of articles on alleged Ohio Foster Care Abuse, specifically on Kaitlynn Hunter and her attempts to get away from the rape, torture and starvation she has experienced in the over six years she has been imprisoned in the Ohio CPS System:

Kaitlynn Hunter is a 17 year-old who has been in foster care for close to seven years for no known reason other than she was being home schooled. There she has been raped, beaten, starved for a year where she lost 60 pounds, neglected and abused in what was believed to be a CIA Mind Control Program.

It was alleged that there was a CIA program for foster kids in Ohio that was run by NYAP (National Youth Alliance Program). Many Ohio Foster Care teens have disappeared from the program which appeared to be designed through rape and beatings, to mind control foster youth into participating in an international Child Trafficking Ring.

Eleven year-old Kaitlynn was first placed in foster care on 11 Feb. 2019. She has a history of running away from the beatings, rapes and torture of foster care. In 2024 she was in the hospital to be observed overnight from a beating and head concussion, when CPS showed up around midnight and took her from the hospital. About a month later she managed to get away and fled to her loving mother and grandmother.

In August 2025 she was found, handcuffed by a SWAT Team and incarcerated in Ohio Juvenile Detention, charged with being a runaway. Ohio CPS have put a restraining order against her mother Jeannine so they can’t communicate with each other, plus charged Jeannine for harboring her own daughter.

Kaitlynn and Jeannine believe Ohio CPS is trying to keep them both from testifying against Kaitlynn’s and other Ohio Foster Care Teen’s abusers in the Ohio CPS System.

Update by Jeannine ‘Kaitlynn and I had been working nonstop on her case to file in court when Kaitlynn was arrested on 25 August 2025. ‘During the months Kaitlynn was home she finally felt safe from the endangerment of her foster care unconstitutional imprisonment, physical abuse and neglect in foster care. She rested for the first time in the safety of love and comfort from Grandma and Mom. She rested and ate whatever she wanted, when she wanted it. She was able to be loved and spoiled, made to feel special. For once she wasn’t physically or verbally assaulted by a foster kids or abusive foster parents. ‘While Kaitlynn was home we focused on her health, mental health and detox from the Pfizer covid 19 shot she was forced to take. Kaitlynn’s fight or flight of 6.7 years has taken a toll on her body and mind. She is exhausted!!!!! ‘Juvenile CPS records are full of workers stating Kaitlynn is not stable enough for a family, when I as her mother feel like that is all she needs! ‘From what Kaitlynn has told me, Ohio Foster kids don’t get extra. They live out of garbage bags and are shuffled from place to place with no stability amongst strangers. ‘CPS states Kaitlynn is to get behavior ‘therapy’ via approved NYAP (National Youth Alliance Program) residential and group home. If she has any infraction or fight with another troubled foster youth, she is forced fight or flight, further mental trauma and physical injury! Charges may incur and the juveniles are thrown in juvenile jail. ‘I fear greatly for my Kaitlynn. She does not need to be in harms way of another child injuring her, locked up as a criminal because she fled for her life, safety and freedom from the tax paid civil servants who have denied all of her rights since February 11, 2019. ‘She should not be locked up as a criminal for wanting to be safe and loved. She has been justice denied for 6.7 yrs! Stolen childhood, friends, pets, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness with family! ‘I am my mother’s 24/7 unpaid caregiver. The Dinar began trading at $5.98 and as of this writing, was at $6.64 against one US Dollar.

The banks are trying to get certain high volume customers in so they can collect their gold/asset-backed Dinar. They have not told the local tellers about this, so calling a bank will not confirm.
