My impression of this news… the ongoing effort for the economic development in Iraq…is that this is Iraq’s time. Why am I only now showing excitement about this effort. This excitement comes because of all the components I see now coming together and I can see the writing on the wall of the end result.

They are doing exactly what they told us they would. They are stabilizing the system so they can raise the value of the dinar.

Got a report from redemption and wealth management folks…they are working this weekend. But only a half day on Sunday…not on Saturday…Perhaps something is afoot. My last update is for groups to start taking in 4b somewhere around Tuesday…Things have been difficult for all of us right now…. News has been all up and down like a yo-yo…I am ready for our happy ending.

FIREFLY: Sammy says they are telling everyone on the television that they have seen the [budget] tables and there is no rate in it.  They are a bunch of liars. Of course there’s a rate in it. They are all clowns. Sudani is hiding this from them.

FRANK: Yes he is.

FIREFLY: Mr. Sammy says it’s Sudani sending Alaq to talk a whole lot today. He said the CBI is working in initiatives to finance the projects outside the 3-year budget. We didn’t even know we had projects outside the 3-year budget…that to us means an international rate…and they’re working on implementing a digital dinar and it’s coming soon.  If we’re going to have a digital dinar we’re definitely are going to have a new exchange rate.  FRANK: Yes!  That’s exactly what it means.

IMO the revealing of the new exchange rate, the showing of the new lower notes must all be done together in coordination, in synchronization.  In the past I used to think that maybe we could have one and then the other followed by very quickly but based on what we’re seeing, no, coordination, synchronization, together because if you do one, then you do the other.

That info came by way of a survey of brokers like Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and other sellers of IQD. It has been common knowledge for a long time. Most people said, ‘Why not spend $26 USD for a 25000 IQD.’ It is a small gamble for a large return and if it doesn’t return anything, so what. Very few people have the millions like I have. The owner of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx told me I was in the top 1/2 of 1% of investors. Then there are the whales who have far more than me. I know one woman in Spokane, Washington who has 1 billion IQD. She knows others. High Rollers! I take the info as credible as the owner of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx knows what he sells and knows the other brokers.
